Adopts regulations for the Nevada Department of Corrections’ use of solitary confinement (Administrative Segregation).

Requires weekly review of inmates within solitary confinement, mental health assessments within 24 hours of placement, transitional programming to prepare inmates for re-entry, consistent access to telephones, and adequate reporting of solitary confinement utilization throughout the state, among other measures.
