Establishes guidelines for licensing boards when considering applications of individuals who have a criminal history. 

Nevada is one of the worst states regarding licensing barriers for entering the workforce and makes it only that much more difficult for formerly incarcerated people trying to re-enter the workforce and reintegrate with society.

Reorganizes the summary evictions process in Nevada to require that landlords submit an eviction complaint to the Court before a tenant can file an answer.

Ensures fairer eviction processes by giving the tenant greater opportunity to respond to eviction notices and receive legal assistance.

Protects the dignity of incarcerated persons by providing access to necessary prenatal care and menstrual care, prohibiting use of unnecessary restraints on pregnant inmates, and requiring correctional officers be of same or similar gender identity as the incarcerated person during a search.

Also prohibits correctional officers from disrespecting the gender identities of incarcerated individuals they interact with.
