Professor Addie Rolnick will moderate a panel consisting of Howard Brooks (Clark County Public Defender), Alzora Jackson (Clark Courty Special Public Defender), Honorable Stephen Dahl (Retired Justice of the Peace, North Las Vegas Township), and Dan Edwards (Bishop at Episcopal Dioceses of Nevada) in a discussion of the current status of the Death Penalty in Nevada.
