Janae Cobb is a local businesswoman and entrepreneur. As a licensed healthcare administrator, she has been instrumental in developing and operating several senior assisted living facilities in the valley, including her own business, which specializes in federal fiduciary services and senior/veteran advocacy. In 2016, she governed the unprecedented recuperative care program for the Department of Veterans Affairs in Nevada. Janae is a graduate of the Emerge class of 2022 and was able to fundraise three times the required amount for the organization, resulting in a scholarship in her name. Janae has volunteered countless hours to organizations such as ACLU, NAACP, UCC, and many successful political campaigns with the intent of having officials elected who can understand, create, and support legislation that positively impacts our communities and protects our civil liberties.
