Bio
Lin is the Development Officer at the ACLU of Nevada. She is a passionate advocate for civil liberties and social justice and is currently working to advance policies that protect and empower marginalized communities. Lin earned her bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, with a minor in criminal justice. She later completed her master’s in public administration and public policy at American University. This strong academic foundation has equipped Lin with a deep understanding of the intersections between law, policy, and social impact.
With over seven years of experience in the nonprofit sector, Lin has focused her efforts on initiatives that enhance opportunities for youth, broaden access to education, improve resource distribution, and promote social mobility. Her work has consistently focused on creating systemic change that empowers individuals and communities, especially those facing the most significant barriers to success.
Outside her professional endeavors, Lin enjoys staying active through exercise and exploring the beauty of nature, frequently visiting national parks. Her dedication to personal health and well-being reflects her broader commitment to fostering thriving, equitable communities.
