Sylvia Allen consults leaders on strategy, business processes and philanthropy. Her career includes global roles in financial management, social responsibility, human resources, and diversity leadership.  She has directed large scale, international operations at International Gaming Technology, Cisco Systems, Silicon Graphics, AT&T, Digital Equipment Corporation and Xerox Corporations. She continues to work in the community using her skills to advocate for change. Her board affiliations have included the Cisco Foundation, Network for Good, Save The Children, The Mind Institute, the Cultural Diversity Foundation, and the Urban League.  Sylvia is the Past President of the National Coalition of 100 Black Women and still works diligently to further its focus on advocacy through its committees.  She has chaired the Board for the 100 Academy of Excellence Charter School and is currently chair of board for Southern Nevada Children First. She has been recognized by the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO), awarded the Madame C J Walker award from NCBW and has been included in Who’s Who for African American Women. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business from California State University of Los Angeles, and an MBA degree from Pepperdine University.  Sylvia is a proud parent.
