Marilyn Morales originally joined the ACLU of Nevada in 2018 as an intern supporting the policy team and returned in 2021 to work as an Administrative Coordinator. She graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno with a BA in Political Science and a minor in Environmental Studies. As a child of immigrants, she is passionate about advocacy, serving her community, and helping bridge gaps in cross-cultural communications. She has experience working as a paralegal managing immigration cases and has had various internships that have allowed her to work in places as far as Ghana and as close as the Nevada Legislature. But in her free time, Marilyn loves to be outdoors appreciating nature and may even be off somewhere climbing rocks.
